My first fivefold ministry was a unique dance ministry. Though we were skilled in prophetic expression, atmospheric worship, deliverance, warfare, combating strongholds, regional principalities and powers, had an apostolic mindset of doing a community and regional work, I did not know it was a fivefold ministry and I did not know it was specifically being birthed from my blueprint. I submitted the ministry to my leaders as God wanting me to start a church dance ministry. It blossomed and was very prosperous for years, but when it was time for me to transition out of the church, many were reluctant to be the successor of the dance ministry. Those that led it found it difficult to lead through the vision to which it was birthed. The name was even changed so that people would not have the same expectations of the ministry as they had when I was leading it, and could embrace the new leadership and their vision.

As I transitioned out of the church, received clarity on my apostolic calling, and began to build a full fivefold ministry, I realized the dance ministry I had birthed years ago should never been relinquished to the church, and that was the reason no one could truly success it and carry the vision once I left. The church was powerful, the dance ministers were powerhouses, the leaders that followed me in attempting to lead the ministry where awesome, but they had their own fivefold visions in their belly just as I did. That dance ministry was part of my own unique blueprint, but because I did not have this revelation, the church was left trying to further establish a ministry that was birthed through my well.

This happens all the time in the body of Christ. And many times it causes abortions of mantles, ministries, and visions that should flourish throughout generations. It can also cause conflicts, dishonor, offense and even betrayal as people try to navigate visions that really belong to a person and not necessarily to the ministry they are under and on and on I could go.

In my Fivefold Operations Manuals, I share revelations and insights on releasing visions properly whether in a traditional church or fivefold ministry. You will learn how to seek God for the purpose of your vision, how to establish it in the earth, build team, choose successors, etc. while SHIFTING into kingdom advancement in a healthy manner.
