Mercedes Carr is a Graduate at Ball State University who earned her degree in Social Work with a minor in Counseling Psychology.  Mercedes has spent the past six years mentoring and working with college aged women and adolescents on life skills, conflict resolution skills, goal management skills, and relationship building, and destiny alignment.  In her personal career, Mercedes mentors, nurture, and advocate for survivors of Domestic violence.  She trains and coaches them in goal management, emotional wellness, life skills, healthy relationship skills,  and family development skills, while also leading support groups in these areas.  Mercedes is a certified Call Handler on the National Suicide Hotline for those who are depressed, suicidal, and emotionally distressed.  Through these experiences, she has developed a strong passion for leadership development, health and wellness, and coaching women to walk in the fullness of who they were created to be.  Mercedes recently earned her Life Coaching Certification through Breakthrough Coaching and Leadership Academy.  She coaches in the areas of purity, emotional wellness, breakthrough from relationship trauma, and destiny as a lifestyle.  Mercedes has also obtained her Kingdom Shifter's Wellness Certification through Kingdom Shifters Wellness University.  Mercedes is a licensed minister who founded Be Thou Made Whole Women’s Fellowship and Crowned By Virtue Life Coaching Services.  She is a prophetic evangelist and justice advocate who is serious about delivering, healing, and saving souls, while assisting people and communities with successful destiny attainment.

Reenita is an ordained minister and elder who is also called to the marketplace.  She has expertise in marketing and branding where she helps clients and companies scribe and release their divine blueprints and visions in the earth.  Reenita has served in various roles in the marketplace working behind the scenes for successful multimillion-dollar companies.  At her present place of employment, Reenita was privileged to be the billboard face of the company around her community, proving that God is using prophetic millennials for his glory in the marketplace and business arena. 

Reenita is a founding member, prophet, and vision carrier of Kingdom Shifters Ministries.  She has walked with Taquetta Baker as a prophet and with leading the company of the prophets within KSM.  For the past 5+ years, she has served as the leader over the KSM prayer and intercession team which is one of her greatest passions as a prophetic teacher and leader.  She believes prayer should be the foundational well and flow of all prophets. Reenita has launched her own digital marketing agency and apparel company.  She has created book covers, book advertisements, marketing designs, navigated marketing and business projects, and produced various apparel for KSM, her own company - SHIFT CULTURE - and other ministries and businesses.

Brandie Reese is an ordained minister, certified counselor, and co-author of the book, "Cultivating Destiny From The Womb."  Brandie has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, and a Master's degree in Cognitive Biblical Therapy.  Brandie has been counseling for over 10 years, and is trained and certified in trauma, deliverance, inner healing, restoration, marriage and family therapy, and cognitive therapy.  Brandie is skilled in all manner of prayer, demonology, and spiritual warfare.  She is a coach by nature, and is able to produce breakthrough that manifests restoration and recompense for her clients with sustaining success.  Brandie enjoys being a wife and mother, and has a heart to see families, marriages, and generations whole and restored, while creating legacy for future generations to glean from.  Brandie is very passionate about teaching the unadulterated truth of God's word, and is contender for truth, justice, and reform, spiritual and naturally. 

Renee is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Christian Counseling from Newburgh Theological Seminary.  Renee began mentoring after completing the Leaders In Training course at Chicago Embassy Church in Chicago, IL.  Since then, Renee has mentored and counseled in the United States and abroad.  She is a mentor to Taquetta and is the main Marital Strategist for Kingdom Wellness Counseling and Mentoring Center.  Renee completed biblical and leadership courses to earn her BA from Friends International Christian University in 2011.  Renee has traveled to several places where she assisted others with starting and maintaining their ministries.  Renee is a deliverer and secret keeper to leaders.  For the last 17 years, she has continued to cultivate leaders through conferences, counseling and training courses.  She desires to fulfill Matthew 28 in her life and others.  Renee is an ordained Apostle.  She founded Restored to Purpose Ministry which began with the inception of her first book, "Fashioned to Lead/The Mentor in You" in March 2016.  Her sophomore book, ABCs of Leadership was released in March 2017.  She endeavors to continue to write books that will equip leaders in the Kingdom of God. 

Akeysha Headley has always had a passion for health and fitness.  Akeysha has an Master's degree in ministry, a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Pre-Medicine, as well as a Master's Degree in Biochemistry.  During her graduate study she researched Polyphenols as Anti-inflammatory Agents.  With her strong science background, Akeysha understands what foods benefit the body most.  Moreover, after becoming a mother, Akeysha developed a greater passion for marrying her love for health and fitness.  She loves to share tips daily of how to embrace healthy living as a lifestyle and a continuous "journey" to wholeness with God.  Akeysha specializes in helping to create customized meal and exercise plans that can work for anyone and special plans for mothers postpartum.  Akeysha is an  ordained prophet, a secret keeper and intercessor to leaders. who has had over 14 years of training and ministry experience in the areas of deliverance, healing, all manner of prayer,  fine arts, and prophecy.

Amanda Has worked the past 11 years in business management and accounting.
