Governing Your Night Season

Demonic experiences in your dreams and sleep can be due to sin, witchcraft, generational strongholds and open doors, stuff you watch on tv, what you listen to, open doors to spirits of the dead from your family line, etc. These attacks can also be due to what is occurring in your home with others that live their or visit, what’s in your community, region or the environment around you. You have to close up doors to the transgressions and sins in your life and the lives of others. You have to consistently anoint and pray over your home, dedicate and declare your home and life off limits to demons and wickedness, and place a hedge around your life and all that concerns you so you can cut it can be a habitat where God delves and operates. 

You can experience dream attacks or demonic visitations due to your calling.  Apostles and prophets and those in fivefold offices are called to contend with principalities and powers. Seers, dreamers, intercessors, watchmen, scouts also are called to contend against high ranking demon forces and powers. 

Ephesians 6:12 lets us know we will deal with wickedness in high places, so all saints can be subject to demonic encounters in the night. We must understand that our night season is just as important as when we are awake during the day. We must make sure God is governing our night season even as he is Lord of our day and that even though we are resting, we are fortified against the enemy.

Psalms 16:7 I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.
